DriveItAway Holdings, Inc. a dealer-focused mobility platform, announced the launch of its electric vehicle subscription to ownership program with the General Motors Bolt and Bolt EUV.

DriveItAway founder and chief executive officer John Possumato wants to give consumers as many options as possible when using the company’s electric vehicle subscription to ownership program.

“Access to personal transportation- to get to and from work – is a very old problem that now can be solved in an easy, transparent, and sustainable way through innovative technology and programs such as DriveItAway,” says Doshi.

With so many help-wanted signs visible at busineses nowadays, DriveItAway wants to be a part of the transportation solution for both employers and workers – especially individuals with soft credit histories or without significant funds for a down payment.

DriveItAway is continuing to forge partnerships to help dealerships turn vehicles while giving consumers the opportunity to secure transportation and rebuild their credit.

DriveItAway has a new institutional investor.

The “Pay As You Go” plan is designed to let anyone choose, subscribe to and drive the vehicle of their choice while allowing them to build equity for a no-obligation purchase.

A 2014 Urban Institute study concluded that private-vehicle access is “indispensable for families seeking safety and economic security,” DriveItAway says in announcing its support for the Drive For Freedom Foundation.
